Important matter

1. The name of the product is the name at the time of acquisition. Please give priority to the images.
2. The actual colour of the product may differ depending on the device used.
3. If there is more than one stock of the same type of product, the image may be re-used and may differ from the condition of the image.
4. Please note that due to the nature of the product, there are individual differences in damage such as scuffs, scratches, dents and peeling.
5. Some products may have tape, bar codes or stickers attached.
6. The origin region set on the product may differ from the actual origin region.
7. Unopened products cannot be checked for contents, etc. Please contact the manufacturer directly for initial defects.
8. For goods that are in poor condition at the time of packaging, we may offer to replace them with alternative goods or cancel the transaction.
9. We will pack the goods using recycled materials. Depending on the product, we may pack it using only bubble cushioning or kraft paper.
10. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the user’s request will be cancelled without notice.
11. Items returned due to the user’s incorrectly entered delivery address or the delivery company’s storage deadline being exceeded cannot be resent.
12. Cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds at the user’s convenience are not supported.
