Cancel

• For cancellations after payment and before dispatch, a cancellation fee of 60% (based on the amount ordered) is payable.
• For cancellations after dispatch, a cancellation fee of 100% (based on the amount ordered) and the full cost of dispatch will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Exchange・Return of products

Returns and exchanges for user reasons are not accepted.Please contact the Service for defective or incorrectly shipped goods.

※If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, we will not accept any exchanges or returns under any circumstances.

Downloadable products

Due to the nature of the product, cancellations, exchanges, returns and refunds cannot be accepted.

• For cancellations after payment and before work has started, a cancellation fee of 60% (based on the amount ordered) is payable.
• For cancellations after work has started but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 60% of the above cancellation fee plus the full cost of the work already done must be paid as a cancellation fee.

For cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% (based on the amount ordered) is payable.Please note that no refunds will be accepted.

Correspondence due to incorrectly entered delivery address

We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from incorrectly entered delivery addresses by the user.Items that can be resent will be resent at the user’s expense.Items that cannot be resent will be treated as cancelled and a cancellation fee of 100% (based on the value of the item ordered) and the full cost of shipping will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Common issue

1. If the total cancellation fee is less than JPY1000, JPY1000 (excluding tax) is payable.
2. If the amount of goods or services is less than JPY1000, JPY1000 (excluding tax) is payable.
3. For refunds, the above cancellation fee and the transfer fee will be deducted and transferred to the user’s nominated account.
4. The user is responsible for bank transfer charges associated with refunds.
5. We do not offer refunds by any method other than transfer.
